How soon can I get my order?
Most orders will be shipped within 1-3 days (excluding customized goods). Most countries need 15-25 days to transport. You can see the expected delivery information in theshipping policy. If you want faster delivery, you can contact us to arrange other logistics channels for you, but additional freight may be incurred.
Do you support free delivery?
Sorry, we don't support free delivery. The freight will be calculated at checkout. If you buy more than 20 products (single product), you can contact us and enjoy the wholesale price.
Does the bill include customs duties?
Except for countries within the EU, we will charge taxes to the customs in advance (not to us); When customers in other regions check out, they do not include any import duties and other expenses, which may be assessed by your local customs, and these expenses shall be borne by the customers themselves.

Most countries support shipping, which you can view in this page. If your area is not available, please contact us and we will arrange other logistics for you.
Can I apply for a return?
Please contact us in advance for return. Any return without prior contact may only receive a partial refund. The return must be made within 7 days from the date you receive the order. Unfortunately, we can't provide you with a refund or return after more than 7 days. We strongly recommend that you check your order immediately after receiving it.
The returned products must be unopened and unused. If the returned products need to be renovated, a certain fee may be charged.

Do I need to bear the return freight?
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
How soon can I get my refund?
After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned items, and we will also inform you whether to approve or reject your refund.
If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed, the freight will be deducted from your refund and returned to your account in the same way within a certain number of days. If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If you have completed these operations but have not received a refund, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where is the return address?
If you need to return goods, please contact us in advance. We will provide you with the return address. Please do not return goods directly. It is strongly recommended that you use traceable logistics services.
Why haven't I received the goods yet?
Due to the impact of the epidemic, the transportation time may take longer. Please wait patiently. If you find that there is no logistics information update for more than 7 days, please contact us.
The package has been signed but not actually received
If the package shows that it has arrived but you don't actually receive it, we suggest you wait 48 hours after the confirmation of delivery, because some sites will display the delivery status in advance.
If more than 48 hours, do the following:
look around your corridor and garageconfirm with your family or neighbors whether they have signed for the goodsconfirm whether the order address you entered is correct
If your package does not appear within 3 working days after the mark is not delivered, please contact us.
Please note that if the package has been signed for more than three days (from the date of signing), you have 10 days to contact us and lodge a claim, otherwise we may not be responsible for replacing the order. After filing a claim, it may take several weeks to complete the investigation and make compensation.
If the address you provided is wrong and the order is delivered at that address, we are not responsible for replacement and refund, and the replacement order will be borne by the customer.
